Andyamo— Named after our son Andy! This is the vegetarian pizza we make for ourselves. It has our Pizza Italiana base with kalamata olives, red peppers, broccoli and sweet red onions.

Quattro Stagioni— Available everywhere in Italy, our "four seasons" pie has artichoke hearts for spring, kalamata olives for summer, mushrooms for fall, and thin slices of ham for winter. This pie is based on our new Pizza Italiana.

Margherita Francesca— Tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil. We returned from Italy filled with ideas (see our photos) but decided we didn't want to work on anything wacky until we proved ourselves with a traditional margheritta.

We experimented for two months and are very proud to introduce our Margheritta Francesca. Inspired by the margheritta pizzas we ate in Italy, we developed the crust, tomato base and cheese for our Margheritta Francesca from scratch…none of our other pies share these ingredients. New! Pizza Puttanesca—Spring Special! Our own spicy puttanesca sauce made with olives, capers, red pepper and onions topped with mozzarella cheese and toppings of your choice. We decided to offer this pizza because of emails like this one that came after our Flying Tomato special: "My hope is we can get that sauce on other pizzas, such as sausage, mushroom and mozzarella cheese...Did I mention how much I liked the sauce? :)"

Bombay Beauty—One of our special pizzas for the Fall 2005 kept on the menu by popular demand. For Indian food lovers, this pizza is made with a curry sauce topped with onions, scallions, grated carrots, almond slivers, and curried chicken. And yes, we are aware that Bombay is now called Mumbai, but we figured the alliteration was worth taking some poetic license!
